AMBER
A cabin in the forest at first light

By application · The Founding Cohort · December 2026

A week off from
being impressive.

A private week in a forest outside Tbilisi, for gay builders from New York.

Amber

You've built something most people only talk about. You're the steady one — the person others lean on, who holds a lot and rarely lets it show.

Amber isn't here to fix anything, because nothing is broken. It's a reset. Five days in a forest outside Tbilisi, with people who understand your life without needing it explained, and mentors who get you — who've sat where you sit, and know when to push and when to let you be.

The room
01

The room

Twelve founders who don't need anything explained. Founder circles, long dinners, honest conversations — about raising, building, and being out in rooms that weren't built for you.

The forest
02

The forest

Five villas on private land. A wood-fired sauna and cold plunge. Trails from your door, mist in the mornings, nothing you have to do.

The table
03

The table

A private chef for every meal, and natural amber wine from the country where wine began — eight thousand years ago.

Work if you want

Your days are yours.

Five days,
loosely held.

  2. Day 02Founder circlesSmall groups. Everyone brings one real problem — a raise, a co-founder, being out to investors, the thing you don't say on LinkedIn.
  3. Day 03KakhetiA private qvevri cellar in Georgia's wine country. Harvest lunch at a family table.
  4. Day 04The Grand SupraA fireside with our guest of honour, then the feast: polyphonic singers, long toasts, the night everyone remembers.
  5. Day 05ClosingA last circle — what you're taking home. Sauna. Final launch under the trees.
Two friends relaxing on a cabin porch in the forest

The room is the luxury.

Eleven people who get it. That's what you're really coming for — the forest and the wine are a beautiful excuse.
